The past year was another year filled with news across the Lakeland and beyond - although in an odd twist, the top read story at Lakeland Today was a story published more than two years ago.

The $864 donations made by those attending Elk Point Community Choir’s Christmas Concert were welcomed by Elk Point Helping Hands, a group whose mission is to provide food and basic toiletries to families in need in the Elk Point area.
