"What an amazing community we've got!"

Missy Finlay was one of the many organizers involved in this year's Community Christmas, which took over the town of St. Paul on Dec. 7. Events ranged from a free Christmas movie at the theatre, to gingerbread house making at Portage College, the craft sale hosted by the Visual Arts Centre at the Rec. Centre, skiing at the golf course, a skating party on main street, and so much more.

"We were overwhelmed with the great response and excitement to celebrate this joyous season together as a community," said Finlay, after the events had all wrapped up. "To the businesses and community groups and individuals who put together events, who donated food and craft supplies and time and space and talent, thank you,"  said Finlay.

"To the families who braved the cold to take part, thank you. It was a wonderful, magical day and we were delighted to share with so many of you."
