Lac La Biche County Fire Rescue Service trucks were rolling to a home along Range Road 151 west of the Lac La Biche Mission historical site on Tuesday afternoon for reports of a structure fire.
Fire crews arriving at the property, about 20 kilometres west of Lac La Biche, found an outbuilding beside a single story residence fully engulfed. Crews knocked down the flames and kept the fire from spreading to the nearby home and several flammable items in the rural yard.
There are no initial reports about a cause for the blaze or damages. No one is believed to have been injured in the blaze. When more information is made available, there will be an update on www.lakelandtoday.ca.
