ELK POINT - F. G. Miller Jr./Sr. High School has announced their top students from the 2021-2022 school year.
Topping that list is Ellerion Smith, who received an award from St. Paul Education for being the top overall student in all the St. Paul Education Regional Division’s Grade 9 classes during the school year.
Other Honor Roll recipients were:
