FRANCHERE - The tiny community of Franchere hosted a hugely successful Fall Fair at their Social Community Centre on Saturday, with a wide variety of activities for all ages to enjoy.
A carefully constructed corn maze and a petting zoo were added to the fair’s traditional lineup that ranged from a cakewalk and redneck relay to a bouncy house, balloon darts, BB target shooting, ball toss, lawn bowling and silent auction, all enjoyed by a massive crowd that also lined up to enjoys seasonal favourites from corn on the cob to pumpkin pie from the concession.
