BONNYVILLE - Over the first weekend of February, the Lakeland Jaguars U11 and U13 teams hosted the Rumble in the Jungle hockey tournament at the Bonnyville and District Centennial Centre.
The first-place hardware stayed in the Lakeland with St. Paul's U11 team earning gold in their Sunday match against Sherwood Park, and the Lakeland Jags U13 team beating Beaver Lodge for gold.
Competing for the U11 bronze medal was the Lakeland Jags and Battle River. The Lakeland Jags would skated off with third-place.
In the U13 bronze medal game, a U13 team from Edmonton won the match against their Grande Prairie opponents.
