LAKELAND - A procession past the B&R Eckel's yard in Bonnyville on Saturday acknowledged the life of a man known for his commitment to the business and greater community.
Victor Ringuette passed away at the age of 83 years old on Nov. 8. Ringuette was known across the Lakeland through his trucking business, but also because of his support for many community groups and events.
A private funeral was held Saturday morning, then a procession made its way through Bonnyville for the greater community to pay respects and to allow for 'one last check' at the B&R Eckel's yard.
