UPDATE: RCMP laid charges against five individuals following the execution of a search warrant.
ST. PAUL - A heavy police presence has been noted at a residence across from the St. Paul Fire Hall, Wednesday morning.
Residents are asked to stay away from the area and roads are blocked off. While few details are available, police say it was a "pre-planned operation."
