ST. PAUL - On Nov. 18, 2020, at about 9 a.m., St. Paul RCMP responded to a break and enter into a garage that had occurred over night. A bicycle and tools were reported to have been taken.
St. Paul RCMP informed the town of St. Paul’s Peace Officers of the items that were stolen and to asked them to keep an eye out during patrols. At 3 p.m., one of the peace officers located the stolen items in an alleyway.
Thanks to our local peace officer, St. Paul RCMP members were able to confirm with the home owner that these were the items stolen from the garage and return them, according to RCMP.
“It is always rewarding when we can work with community partners and be able to return property to its rightful owner. The peace office program’s assistance and efforts do not go unnoticed or unappreciated within the detachment," said RCMP Cst. Monnika Fehr.
