After having her home watched by an unknown vehicle two nights last month, 72-year-old Gladys Ternovoy has been left feeling disappointed in the justice system.

A home near Vincent Lake was significantly damaged on Tuesday (Oct. 22) afternoon. Owners of the house were not home during the fire, and no injuries have been reported, according to a RCMP media release dated Oct. 23.

A steep increase in break and enters and theft have been noted around Lac Santé. St. Paul RCMP Sgt. David Graham confirmed the local detachment received several occurrences from the Lac Santé area in the last 60 days.

The Bonnyville RCMP is requesting assistance from the public to locate Robert (Bobby) Gadwa (54) of Kehewin. Gadwa has been at large since October of 2017 after failing to attend court.
