The legal counsel for Bonnyville resident Christopher Brian Godfrey, a local man who is facing charges of sexual assault, fraud and extortion, indicated they are ready to move forward on the matter but have been waiting on the disclosure of police reports related to the case from the Crown prosecutor’s office.
