The City of Cold Lake has advanced its efforts to meet local housing demands by making a motion in support of a Local Growth and Sustainability Grant (LGSG) application. 

COLD LAKE - Cold Lake’s youngest residents rang in the New Year in grand fashion at the Reid Field House in the Cold Lake Energy Centre on Dec. 31.  

City of Cold Lake council has authorized a renewed letter of support for Lakeland Catholic School Division’s proposed new high school to be located at Imperial Park/Cold Lake Energy Centre, during its regular meeting on Dec. 10.  

The Cold Lake Ice Junior B hockey team is aiming to host the 2026 Hockey Alberta Provincials in the city. 

COLD LAKE - The City of Cold Lake participated in the 2024 Operation Red Nose campaign, contributing to a nationwide effort to promote road safety during the holiday season. 

The City of Cold Lake is gearing up to send a delegation to Hugelsheim, Germany, for Spargelfest, scheduled for May 24-25.
