On a fiercely brisk Saturday afternoon, Bonnyville’s first responders and Victim Services Unit were present on Main Street to collect toys, food and cash donations for local organizations.

Police are looking for suspects connected to a number of break-ins in St. Paul who appear to be wearing hazmat style coveralls.

The RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Steven Lajimodiere, 30, who has ties to the St. Paul area. He was last seen in Edmonton on Sept. 2, but was reported missing to St. Paul RCMP on Dec. 2.

The Bonnyville fire department used the Jaws of Life to remove a man from his vehicle following a single vehicle collision outside the Town of Bonnyville on Highway 28 near Township Road 610. The condition of the man is unknown.
