The Saddle Lake Junior B Warriors and the St. Paul Canadiens experienced some tough losses on the ice this past weekend and now sit tied for last in the North Eastern Alberta Junior B Hockey League.

Despite a valiant comeback, which included four unanswered goals in the third period, the St. Paul Junior B Canadiens fell 8 - 6 to rivals the Saddle Lake Warriors on Thursday at the Clancy Richard Arena.

The Jr. A Pontiacs continued their dominance over Grande Prairie this season, trouncing the Storm 6-0 Wednesday night in Bonnyville. Earlier this month the Storm travelled to Bonnyville and were sent home with two stinging losses of 5-2 and 6-3.

The Two Hills Longhorns are having another successful hockey season and boast a 9-1 record, good enough for second place in the division and league. Leading the SaskAlta Senior Hockey League is the Dewberry Mustangs with a perfect 11-0 record.
