The Royal Canadian legion St. Paul Branch 100 hosted the annual Remembrance Day ceremony on Nov. 11, welcoming a full house to the St. Paul Rec. Centre.

Under the dark November sky, a candlelight vigil was held at Lion's Park. Despite the chilly and windy weather, a small gathering of residents gathered on Nov. 8 to observe Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

Due to the inability to secure physician coverage, the George McDougall - Smoky Lake Healthcare Centre emergency department will temporarily be without on-site physician coverage for periods of time next week.

The St. Paul Athletic Association (SPAA) senior high volleyball championships saw the same powerhouse teams that battled in the finals last year once again face of for the 2023 championship.
