RCMP have responded to seven break and enters over the past week, and also received 34 mischief calls.

Charges have been laid following a report of an assault on the afternoon of Oct. 19 that included a man being bear sprayed.

In a push to grow the tourism industry in the Lakeland region, economic development organizations connected entrepreneurs and businesses wanting to get into the tourism industry at an event held in St. Paul on Oct. 15.
