Lakeland Catholic high school students from Bonnyville and Cold Lake took part in their schools’ respective food drive campaigns, Hungry for the Homeless and Hungry for Change. Students and staff helped raise thousands of dollars and hundreds of kilograms of food for their community food banks just in time for Thanksgiving.

Construction of the future Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority headquarters is underway with occupancy of the the building expected to begin in five to six months.

A special performance by the Juno-winning group Bearhead Sisters helped celebrate the Bonnyville Chamber of Commerce's 75th year of operations.

A $2,000 donation was presented to the Tyler Chislett Memorial Fund on behalf of Bonnyville Branch #183 - Royal Canadian Legion and the Branch - Legion Riders.

An assisted living facility that will serve youth with special and complex needs aged seven to 18 is in the homestretch of its construction phase. Ebenezer Therapeutic Care Facility is expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
