Elk Point figure skaters perform at first ever Christmas themed carnival

It’s the week for Christmas concerts in schools across the area, and a time when I think back at all the concerts our kids and later our grandkids and great-grandkids were in over the years.

Elk Point residents will have an opportunity to give their input on proposed stormwater drainage improvements, and will receive a questionnaire with a list of the 10 planned improvements that will reduce flooding and drainage issues.

The St. Paul area’s largest school division is aiming to keep teachers in the classroom and class sizes low, despite financial challenges.
