The Lakeland Schools Athletic Association (LSAA) track and field ward finals took place on May 26 at the Bold Centre sports fields.

The City of Cold Lake has officially kicked off Pride Month with a vibrant display of unity and support. A wildfire that is burning out of control in the Winefred Lake area, northwest of Cold Lake and northeast of Lac La Biche, has resulted in Lac La Biche County declaring a state of local emergency and an evacuation order being put in place, June 4.
