ELK POINT - The Elk Point Beef Club got to go on a field trip on Jan. 6. We left Elk Point on a bus at 10 a.m., off to Vermillion. Our first stop was the Vermillion Veterinary Clinic. Our tour guide, Jessie, is one of the registered vet technicians.
