To the Editor: Minister Ray Danyluk has recently blamed the federal government for not finding full funding for the proposed medical centre in St. Paul. To be clear, health care is fully within provincial responsibility.

At least a few of the parties involved agree bringing the air weapon's range tax assessment south would benefit the region. All that assessment really has no business going to Lac La Biche anyway, which has no direct access to the range.

As a Canadian, a sports writer and an avid sports fan, I feel it is necessary to bring up something special that happened around this time just last year.

Dear Editor, I have been following the proposed turnabout at the intersection of Highway 55 and secondary Highway 892. I cannot understand the rational behind this proposal.

To the Editor: I really feel that something needs to be done about the recycling changes here in St. Paul.
