The Mannawanis Native Friendship Centre was packed to the brim with people during the Multicultural Day/Taste of Treaty Six event on June 27.

Repairs to the boat launch at Lac Sante will proceed following a decision from County of St. Paul council during the June 13 council meeting. 

This year's graduating class at St. Paul Regional High School included 101 individuals who were celebrated for their accomplishments during an afternoon convocation ceremony on June 24.

On June 18, the St. Paul Museum was transformed into a movie set for a documentary being filmed by the Acimowin Opaspiw Society (AOS).

A transitional housing project to support low-risk individuals is being proposed by the Mannawanis Native Friendship Centre (MNFC), at a property located within the Town of St. Paul.

Although she’s hosting a sale, Julie Jolie says she doesn’t expect people to feel that they must buy her paintings, instead, “I just want them to come and see it... and hopefully, they like it.”

Nancy Broadbent, president and CEO of Portage College, provided County of St. Paul council updates on work being done to address nursing staff shortages in the Lakeland.

A day filled with family fun is set to take place on Canada Day in St. Paul From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

This year's Saddle Lake Cree Nation Powwow brought people together from June 23 to 25.
