St. Paul RCMP are reminding residents to continue to report suspicious activity, following June 25 incident.

A blue-green algae advisory is in place for Lower Therien Lake, which is located southwest of St. Paul.

With rainy and wet weather outside, the Ashmont School powwow on National Indigenous Peoples Day was moved indoors into the kindergarten to Grade 12 school’s gymnasium on June 21.

Locals and visitors ambled leisurely in the hamlet of Ashmont on June 17, with eyes fixed on the wide array of over 30 vehicles lining main street.  

The students raised approximately $800 that will be donated to the Canadian Red Cross' 2023 Alberta Fires Appeal.

Charges follow search at Saddle Lake Cree Nation residence.

Quitting was not an option for Mady Luciak, and setting a personal best as Dalton Doonanco’s greatest goal. And for both athletes, determination was their fuel to rise above expectations.

On June 12, a class of Grade 7 students from Glen Avon School took a field trip to visit the guild, hoping to learn more about sewing as part of their sewing class, and following the completion of their own sewing projects.

Grade 11 students Brennen Riopel and Kaitlyn Foote were named St. Paul Regional's Athletes of the Year.
