The MD of Bonnyville will be listing three parcels of land at Muriel Lake and four lots in Therien for public auction after an internal review of land titles found the properties were transferred to the municipality, some the result of tax forfeiture.

Due to a shortage of an available emergency department physician, the Bonnyville Health Centre will temporarily be without emergency services Thursday evening until Friday morning.

Changes made to the MD of Bonnyville’s Seniors Transportation Grant Policy earlier this year spurred 86-year-old MD resident Bernie Chartrand to present to MD council seeking those changes be reversed and more money be added to the grant program.
