UPDATED: Fatal collision occurs on Highway 28

Shortly after 12 p.m. on June 6, both lanes of Highway 28, just south of Cold Lake, were closed as emergency responders arrived on scene to address a serious motor vehicle collision between a car and truck. One lane has since been reopened as an investigation continues.
