Over the last week RCMP members dealt with multiple instances of mischief, and seized the vehicle and drivers' licence of a Cold Lake woman who was allegedly found to have been caught sleeping behind the wheel while intoxicated on the side of Highway 28.

Families arrived at the Bonnyville Splash Park to take part in several outdoor winter activities ranging from igloo building to sleigh rides and even a Cree-English storytelling activity hosted by the Bonnyville Friendship Centre.

On Friday, the Town of Bonnyville informed residents that the community swimming pool will remain closed indefinitely as the installation of new pool equipment poses challenges for the project’s contractor.

After being charged with 32 counts of arson, Audrey Elaine Dunham, 54 of Glendon, accepts guilty pleas to four counts of mischief against property related to arson incidents in and around the area of Bonnyville.
