Mischief occupies Bonnyville RCMP’s week
Over the last week RCMP members dealt with multiple instances of mischief, and seized the vehicle and drivers' licence of a Cold Lake woman who was allegedly found to have been caught sleeping behind the wheel while intoxicated on the side of Highway 28.

Construction of new Thinlake River Bridge to begin end of February
Access to the west side of Moose Lake will be limited from Highway 660 while work gets underway to replace the bridge on Range Road 474. Construction is expected to cost just over $2 million and to last from Feb. 28 until the end of April.

Green light given to begin Kopala building move
The MD of Bonnyville council voted to move forward with an agreement to transfer the former Kopala building to the Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority for roughly $3.2 million. The fire authority will also be responsible for covering renovations estimated to cost between $3 to 4 million.
