Legacy building lost to fire tells a tale of hidden homelessness

The fire that claimed the Duclos Arms, a building constructed as a local hospital in 1935, has been deemed suspicious. The circumstances around the fire are still being investigated, but fire authorities believe people were attempting to live in the vacant building.
